Here is a stunning authentic lampshade from the 1940s. Ivory satin-like fabric (probably a synthetic) body with gold satin-like frilly gold trim. The diameter at the top is 7", the bottom diameter is 18½", and the height is 14½". One of the structural frame rings that are around the bottom has separated at the weld point and it makes that side appear to be very slightly flat, see photos. Could possibly be tightly wound in the correct position with fabric tape, or leave as is turned to the wall. There are some small spots and the fabric shows some signs of stress (making the beginning of tiny pinholes) but it still looks beautiful. This is large, and careful packing will require an oversize box, so shipping cost will be high. Please enlarge and carefully examine the photos, they are part of this description and show the condition more clearly than I can describe.

**** Please note - the shipping calculator is inaccurate - I took the boxed item to the USPS and it came out at least 41.00 in CA, and as much as 75.00 to the east coast. I will ship UPS or USPS, and to be sure of cost, please email with zip code and I will give you accurate shipping cost.

No smoke, but I have a disinterested cat. Any questions, please email before bidding, I do not accept returns unless the item has been misrepresented.
